Hello my dear customers. My name is Nick, the head chef and also an owner of Siam Spicy 4. I have been in restaurant business for many years. I was 17 when I first started working in restaurant as a dish washer. As time fly by, worked as a waiter/server for 2 and half year, Sushi chef for 3 years and been working as Thai Chef/Owner ever since.
Your satisfaction matters to us. For all these years of working in restaurant I put all my experience and skills together to do our best to bring out our best dish to your table.
Born and raised in the Bangkok of Thailand, the owners/operators of this family run restaurant immigrated to the United States for over more than 10 years to bring Thailand's taste oversea. Wanting to make a fresh start, we decided to bring the tastes of their homeland to our new home.
